The first few days of your internship are dedicated to welcoming you, presenting our firm and its activities and training you in our IT tools. You will be given all the information necessary for the smooth running of your internship.

About our opportunity
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the
HR team and will work on several HR tasks linked to:
Recruitment: handle the application management process, schedule and assist to phone screenings and jobs interviews, update the database and prepare new hire information package, welcome newcomers and assist in the organisation of recruitment events
Training: provide training support, coordinate and schedule courses, assist with the logistics of training events
HR Projects: provide support in any HR related topics and work on innovative projects with the HR Manager
HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, organize, scan and update company personnel records and documentation
These tasks may vary depending on workload and your evolution.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
Fluent in written and spoken English and French, any other language would be considered as an asset
Good computer skills with knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong teamwork ethic
Enthusiastic, reliable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
